Payment policy
All treatment, medication, vaccinations, foodstuffs etc are to be paid on the day.
No credit terms are available.
A £5.00 administration charge will be added to your account if an invoice is generated due to an outstanding balance.
After due notice to you, the customer, overdue invoices will be referred to our debt collecting agency and further charges will be levied in respect of the costs incurred in collecting the debt, such as production of copy invoices, correspondence, court fees, attendance at court, phones calls, home visits, etc.
Any cheques returned by our bank as unpaid, any credit card not honoured and any cash tendered that is found as counterfit, will result in the account being restored to the original sum, and an administration charged being levied. For your convieniance we accept, cash, cheques (with a valid bankers card) and most major credit cards.
Insurance
The Earls Hall Veterinary Group ask that all treatment covered by insurance must be paid by the client to The Earls Veterinary Group in the first instance, whereupon will will instruct the insurance company to forward the settlement cheque direct to you.
Exceptions can be made only to those with prior permission, at the partner's discretion.
Repeat Prescriptions
To comply with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon regulations, we request that all repeat prescriptions requests are made at least FIVE working days in advance of collection to enable the attending Veterinary Surgeon to authorise the drugs and to ensure that the medication is in stock for dispensing.
To comply with the guidelines your pet must be checked by a Veterinary Surgeon every three to six months, depending on condition, to assess the suitability of the medication.
Appointments
All consultations are by appointment only, this helps us cut down on the time you and your pet have to wait. Emergency cases are seen as soon as possible.
Complaints
We hope you will never have cause to be unhappy with any aspect of the services we provide, however, if you do have a grievance, we ask that you send in a written complaint for the attention of the partners, so that the problem can be dealt with immediately. |
