“I have always found Earls Hall vets to be professional and helpful at all times. We lost our beloved 18 year old cat on Boxing Day and their compassion and understanding was second to none. I have been a customer at Earls Hall Vets for almost 20 years and will continue to be one for as long as I have pets. The service they give is outstanding.”

“I have been at Earls Hall Vets for 18 years. I have always been happy with the way my dogs and I have been treated. The staff are very nice and caring. I had ups and downs over the years with my Labs and Mr England has been a good friend to me. When I lost my little Katie after a short and very rare condition (copper disorder in her liver) they were very kind to Katie and helpful. When the time came for Katie to say goodbye, vet James Lloyd was so kind to us both. Thank you for the care and treatment over the years.”
“I would like to thank the staff for their love and the care that has been given to my beloved dog Buddy.
Buddy has been admitted on a couple of occasions, first lengthy stay was due to his diabetes. After several tests and treatments and regular check-ups, Buddy’s diabetes was kept under control.
Then late one evening, Buddy had to be rushed back to Earls Hall Hospital after falling gravely ill. Vomiting, head tilt, rapid eye movement and staggering. I felt I was losing my beloved family pet. Buddy was hospitalized for 5 days. I can’t begin to explain how grateful I am for the love and professional attention Buddy received while undergoing treatment. Buddy was extremely ill; I was distraught and feel that without the expertise of all staff he would not be alive now.
I was updated on all treatments, his progress and plan of action on a daily basis. I was given time to visit Buddy on a one to one basis, and always welcomed.
The staff are extremely friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them. I cannot praise each one of them enough for nursing buddy back to better health. With all his health issues he will always have to be closely monitored, but I trust the actions of the vets 100%. I owe them so much because without their expertise and compassionate care I wouldn’t be still enjoying the company of my pet.”
